Tomorrow I am very happy to say that I have a day off! So I’m going to
sleep be active the entire day! Well…somewhat active. My plans are to:
•Sleep until 9
•Meet my friends for coffee (a little caffeine never hurt anyone!)
• Go for the longest run I can (at least 5 miles)
•Go get some new pictures at Knox Farm
•Come back home and SLEEP!
Sounds like a good day, huh? I think so too.
Hanging out with my kitty, watching the Big Bang Theory, drinking pellegrino and eating popcorn…seriously, what could be better?
Have a great weekend everyone!
Fridays are the hardest in some ways, you’re so close to freedom. -Lauren Oliver
Happy Friday everyone! Enjoy your day!!!!
Why do Thursdays even exist? Every time I see one on a calendar, I feel like the day is mocking me! It’s all like, “Haha you still have 24 hours until Friday…until the weekend, ballet class and basically everything good in life :)” seriously, they annoy me so much, it’s not even funny!
How do you like Thursdays? If you like them…why? If you’re like me, why do you not like them?

Summary: Carson Phillips has always been smarter than everyone else, but somehow his teachers don’t see that. They sort him into the “smart-ass” category. When he wants to apply to Northwestern, the only way he can get in is if he starts some sort of writing club at his school. So, he blackmails all the people he doesn’t really care for into writing something for his literary magazine.
What I Liked: The writing is hilarious! Chris Colfer does it again with his remarkably smart writing style. The whole book is told throughout Carson’s journal entries, which is one thing I enjoyed a lot. Also, the ending, although just heart-wrenching, was brilliant, and I never would’ve thought of it! Carson and his sidekick, Malerie, are an awesome team, and are more fun to read about every page!
What I Disliked: Well, there were quite a few f-words dropped…plus, the characters are very stereotypical: slutty cheerleader, dumb jock, super-enthusiastic yearbook editor, gay theater guy…that’s what I thought was a bit annoying to read about.
It has been far too long since I posted a quote of the day, and I apologize, I’ve been super busy!
Accept who you are, unless you’re a serial killer. -Ellen Degeneres
She’s a funny lady, and that’s a great quote. Hope you all had a wonderful day! I’m off to my daddy’s birthday dinner!
How could someone NOT be happy when there are flowers like this?
Well, it is now the weekend *pause while reading so the confetti can go off*, so why am I not happy? The answer is the stupid state tests…who in the world would want to make innocent children suffer through six 90 minute tests about ELA and math? Someone very, very evil!
It is however, going to be fun getting to watch my favorite movie again…for the 25th time! Pitch Perfect, I can hear you singing (a Capella, of course) my name, and you’re in luck, cause here I come!
Hi everyone! Sorry I haven’t been on in a while, school has been crazy busy with state test prep (ugh, hate those!), end of the third quarter (only ten more weeks to go!!!!) and a big essay due Friday! But I’m back now, and ready to share some more amazing stuff i find with you! As long as you keep coming on, I’ll keep posting!
I think I’ve listened to this about twelve times in a row now…but their voices sound so amazing together! Michael has a real jazz/blue sound, and Reese is perfectly harmonized with him. What do you think?
